MEDIUM ROAST

RWANDA KIVUBELT - Caramel, plum, brown sugar. Rich with good body.

BRAZILIAN - Caramel, molasses, and nutty. Very easy drinking.

NICARAGUA - Snappy and smooth. Notes of wheat and fresh red fruit.

RED DRAGON - Smooth, chocolatey cherry. Rich full, sweet, and balanced.
* Blend of Brazil, Ethiopia Sidamo, and Colombia

GUATEMALA SANTA CLARA (Direct Trade) - Bright, floral aroma and taste. Clean, zesty finish.


DARK ROAST

TIKAL (FTO - Guatemala) - Some caramelization, smooth, sweet, well-balanced, and clean. Light smokiness and chocolate notes.

SUMATRA - Full-bodied. Notes of dark fruit, molasses, and peat.

FOGLIFTER (FTO - Mexico) - Smoky, chocolatey, smooth, and rich. Very full body and aromatic.

ETHIOPIAN HARRAR - Earthy, sweet, berry and wine-like. Full-bodied with low acidity.

RAINFOREST - French Roast. Rich, smoky & full-bodied.

SWISS WATER DECAF

HIBOU (FTO - Peru) - Bright, lively, and clean. Smooth medium with a pleasant full body.

KOMODO (Indonesia) - Well-rounded and full-bodied. Consistent flavour with floral and earthy notes.


ESPRESSO

BLACK DRAGON ORGANIC ESPRESSO - Smooth and rich chocolate with nutty caramel notes. Very well-balanced with good body.
